THE PROCESS IN A NUTSHELL:
You will decide on the value of vision correction for you.
You will fill out the form. With all of your payment information.
If your offer is accepted, your credit card will be charged.
You will be contacted by the office accepting your offer. You will be given at least two dates and times for your preoperative examination and surgery date. You must be out of soft contact lenses 72 hours prior to your evaluation and surgery. Gas permeable or hard lenses four weeks for every ten years of wear.*
If the doctor determines that you are not be a suitable candidate you will receive a 100% refund.
If you change your mind you will not be eligible for a refund. You will be issued a full credit to be used at another one of our centers for LASIK with another surgeon/LASER/or for optical goods.
